How to enable CTCP
Enable CTCP
CTCP is enabled by default on Windows 8 and higher [1]. On Windows 7 it is strongly recommended to enable it:
- Open a new Command Prompt (cmd.exe) as Administrator
- Enter:
netsh interface tcp set global congestionprovider=ctcp - To display the current setting for CTCP use:
netsh interface tcp show global - Restart your computer for the change to take effect
