Crash when changing a file, that was previously monitored

a way to reproduce:
start with an empty TrQ
add a file and immediately put it into Monitoring state.
delete the file from the TrQ
change the file's contents
crashes

Is the queue stopped before you change the file to monitoring?

no, it's paused, then the file is added, it's changed to monitoring and then the queue is started
