Error when using via External Drive

Smart FTP had worked great for me for some time, now, I am getting ready to pay for my subscirprion so I downloaded the latest version but it does not work at all with external harddrive

1. Host computer has windows XP Pro
2. 320GB external harddrive, loaded MOJOPac on it to access the internet through that, all other softwares work fine except smartftp.

Note: Core FTP & Cute FTP work fine on the external drive

Any solutions??

Thanks

What exactly is not working? Can you post a log which shows the problem?

Sure; once the server, name & pw is enetered, it errors [SmartFTP has encountered a problem and needs to close, we are sorry for the inconvenience]

I save a printscreen but i don't know how to attach it

I was wondering if you ever had a chance to test it with the latest version of SmartFTP?
