Before you post please install the latest version of SmartFTP from:
https://www.smartftp.com/download (32-bit)
https://www.smartftp.com/get/SFTPMSI64.exe (64-bit)
If you are not sure what version you are using install the one from above.
Then please take a look at the Upload tutorial at:
Upload.htm
Also make sure that the Transfer Queue is started. To start it click on the blue play button in the Transfer Queue window at the bottom.
If you still having problems uploading files with version 3.0 please post the following information:
1. System Information from the menu: Help->About "System Information" dialog
2. Log from the Remote Browser AND the Transfer Queue:
