smartftp library and win7 64bit

I have sftp library (1.5.17.24) and have just installed on new laptop running win7 64bit.

Should the library work with this os?

I'm getting an error when I try to create an instance of FTPConnectionMTA

(Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {B32243B2-7D9E-464D-A2A4-4117540E0F70} failed due to the following error: 800700c1.)

You may want to try it with the latest version of the FTP Library.

Downloaded latest version and still didn't work.
