Unlicensed Version

I have licensed my program and I have a key, but when I use it it comes
up as 'unlicensed' and I am still restricted as to the number of file uploads.
How do I bring up my licensed version?

how / where have you installed your license file? there are basically two methods: copy the license file manually to the smartftp directory or to execute the license file installer which does this for you.

The unlicensed version doesn't have any functional restrictions.

You can resend your license key at

The instructions on how to activate SmartFTP can be found in the license key email.
