Encrypted Favorites File

Where and how can I get "Microsoft Enhanced Cryptographic Provider v1.0"?

I have Windows XP Pro and the latest version of Internet Explorer with all updates and services packs.

This is so I can set the password on my favorites file.

Please go to the Settings->Connection->SSL and then click on "Create Cert".

What is displayed under the "Provider" text?

Now try to set a password in the "Edit Favorites" window again.
