New page uploaded, but doesn't appear on website

I have successfully uploaded a new .html file through Smart FTP, it is time stamped and when I check the coding the changes appear to be there, but the actual website is still showing the old information.

What am I forgetting to do?

- Ensure that you have uploaded the file to the correct folder on the server
- Clear the cache of your Internet Browser
- Force a refresh of the page in your Internet Browser (ctrl+refresh or shift+refresh)
