Keep uploading the Same File

HI Admin, mod and staff,

I'm new here... I bought smartftp for few weeks ago... Everything was great to help to upload the files to filesonic and fileserve.

But since I've changed my new router and upgraded my internet to the faster plan and i have this problem from Saturday night and until now.

It's seem like when i upload a file to the host.. after it finished that file, Smartftp didnt remove it and continue to the other files... It kept uploading the same file... yeahh.. that the problem i have... can you help me how to fix it?

Is the problem from my computer or from Smartftp? Because when i tried to upload the file by using the web browser and other ftp software that I got the same problem! Even I've tried to reset all my setting by using SmartFtp Backup Tool!

The timeout is a network issue and the reason the file is not resumed is a server limitation.

So u mean there is nothing from my comp and smartftp? It's from the host that I'm uploading?

Hmmm I think I found the problem... It's probably from my new Router... When I hooked up the internet directly from my modem and everything worked really well.

What do you think how to set up the setting from my new router to let it works? Because we need the router to share the internet in the house.

Anyways, I changed to my old router and Everything is ok for me right now... Thanks!
