Smart FTP FTP transfer codepage

I am using Win7 x64 CHN and smart ftp 4.0.1180. I got a CHT FTP server, when i connectted the server and get the file list with unreadable code.

i checked the Properties setting FTP->Transfer->Transfer Codepage just have "UTF8" and Windows ANSI codepage. The only way to get readable list just could change Windows ANSI codepage, but change it will be required restart system, if any otherway to solve this problem and if you could list more codepage here for select.

Please post the complete log from the remote browser.

What kind of FTP server is this? On what device does it run?

I don't know the what kind of the server and what device, just know when i change ANSI to Chinese Traditioal, then i could get the readable list.
