new laptop

Hiya, I have already posted this morning but cant find my original post and seem to be going round in circles. I have my new laptop which i am wanting to use to run FTP and I cant imput my licence key and get it to work. can someone tell me in blond terms how to do this!

Heya, i have renewed the maintenence but i am still getting the same screen that tells me the date they expire but I cant 'get into' the FTP bit so i can upload photos to my server! HELP, i am so cluless!
