cannot edit files

Hello,

I cannot edit any files, I can rename them and it changes on the internet, but I can't edit any files. It's not a server issue as I have it on all my sites hosted in different countries and hosting companies. I think it has something to do with Time zone offset: 7200 seconds (2.0 hours) but can't find the solution.

What is not workign exactly? Post the log with the error message.

If I click edit or press f7 nothing happens (neither does it opens files), and strangely nothing happens if I right click my mouse on a file or map (right click works in the toolbar and other programs). So I can change names, but not the files, maybe something changed in the editor options or transfer options?

Can it be that there are no editors added?

Is something getting added to the transfer queue window at the bottom of SmartFTP?

No, what would be added as I cannot change files and folders?

Try it with Edit With... then select Notepad.

Where can I find That as I cannot use the right mouse button, it's not in the toolbar and not under tools/settings

Ok thank you, I uninstalled and installed smartftp and still cannot change. Where can i choose edit with in THE menu

When i choose open a new text editor it says this feature is not available in your edition??

I set my computer back to monday with system backup and it works all fine again..no idea. Thanks for THE support
