Start up not working correctly

When I start up the program, the ftp folders show up, it says it isn't connecting and my local folders do not show up at all. This started when I purchased the new upgrade a few months ago...I haven't had time to try and take care of this until now. I did try unintalling the software and reinstalling and it still does the exact same thing.

To open the Local Browser go to the menu: File->New Local Browser.

And please send the log from the Remote Browser:
