Trouble uploading files

After being inactive for a long while, I attempted to connect to the client. I continually get the "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it" message. All firewall issues have been checked and rechecked, any and all updates were made with the same subsequent result. I've used SmartFTP successfully for years, but now this... Please help!

I just installed the latest version to solve the transfer queue issue and now when I upload all of the files end up being zero length on the server.

Post the log from the transfer. To get it double click the file in the transfer queue.
