Terminal Emulator Color Settings

I have just installed the new Beta

v4.0 Build 1079 22. February 2010 BETA

and I love the addition of the Terminal Emulator, but there is one small problem I have noticed. Changing the 'Default Foreground' does not seem to be saved. I change it to 'Green' and exit SmartFTP and when I start up again it's back to '187; 187; 187'. The font changes I make are saved but not the color changes.

Also what is the SmartFTP 'Ultimate' edition.
