Smartftp would NOT connect to server heliohost.org

I can not connect with Smartftp to my heliohost.org account.
Yes there is cpanel but I have bought Smartftp (version 4) and I would like to use it.
After configurations and vlicking on the green arrowc in the Log windom appears

[01:35:08] SmartFTP v4.0.1072.0

the only message whatsover.

I can't create directories, see the server.. nothing

What's the problem?

Uninstall SmartFTP. Then install the latest version from here

btw..
But, maybe if the old version of Smartftp was blocked waiting on the user to install the newest one
there could be an automatic message suggesting to check the version?
