Transfer Queue disappeared

In course of normal use, configured sftp on startup, The transfer queue disappeared. Bottom pane empty. And even though the previously saved .xml files are still in Docs&settings..Application data I canoot open to any previous queue. I'd rather not have to rebuild it from scratch.

Maybe I'm supposed to use ADD button? As you can see the OPEN button is grayed out/inactive.

I did'nt use a png file. I used jpg Hope the quality is good enough.

It is empty, when it had not been empty. I've used the ADD button to restore to a previously saved queue and am
operating so far from there. If the machine crashes or repeats whatever it did before the queue disappears and also
it looks like my latest-saved xml que file is blanked out as well. I don't know how that happened. Also I seem to
rember loading queue's with the OPEN button, but thats' grayed out now. I am using the ADD and SAVE buttons to recover
and keep going for now.
