Restoring my settings/passwords etc to new install

I just installed Windows 7 Ultimate on a new drive and need to reinstall Smart FTP on this drive with all my settings/passwords/etc.

I have the files backed up and would like advice on how to restore all my ftp info.

Do I have to manually create them all over again (hope not!) or can I just drag the files into the new Smart FTP folder?

I have yet to install Smart FTP.

It's not letting me. When I go to click on "my profile" it's giving me this error (and I am logged in too):

"An Error Occurred

Is it at the "my profile" area that I go to enter in my license id?
