Plus the Multi Upload is not working at all

Multi Upload not working at all - CANNOT add FTP folders like I use to before the upgrade to 4.0.1066.0 - this is counter productive as I have to do each site one at a time - can someone answer this? I am using the 64 bit version. Never had this issue before happen.
