I brought up this issue yesterday here and have sinced upgraded and become licensed.

This server has ten slots available to it. Instead of finishing this folder it gets part way (here to part 48) before skipping to the next folder (where the other eight download slots are active) which will be treated the same way until it gets to the last folder. At that point it will return to the original top queued item and then repeat the same behavior until all queued items are done.

There is one monitored folder in which four sub folders are created, each with approx. 100 files. We upload these folders to three separate sites (with widely varing speeds) at the same time.

Please disable grouping in the transfer queue control and you will see the correct item order in the queue.
