Working with Shortcuts

This has probably been answered before but I can't seem to find any information on it.

I'm trying to create a shortcut of a favorite and copy it to another computer

I can get the shortcut created and put it on the other computer desktop but, when i open the shortcut none of the connection information is there.

Is it possible for the shortcut to keep all the connection information so that I don't have to set it up again?

You can copy the favorites as following:
1. Menu: Favorites->Edit Favorites
2. Select the favorites you want to copy.
3. Right-click on the selection and select Copy
4. Paste the favorites/files to another folder on your computer
5. Transfer the files to the new/other computer
6. Paste them into the Favorites window (menu: Favorites->Edit Favorites)

or you can use a shared favorites folder:
1. menu: Tools->Settings
2. Go to the Favorites dialog
3. Add a shared favorites folder
