Transfer Queue: Preparing

I haven't found any solution to this, so I'm asking here.

Is there any way to disable this window?

Whenever I copy something to a remote FTP, this window pops up.
If I don't want to wait forever before my upload starts, I have to click "Automatic".

Is there any way to disable this annoying window, so it would always go "Automatic"?

Just a usual new connection, browsing into the directory I'm in and checking if there's already the files I want to upload now. There are no errors or anything.
My problem is, I want to minimize SmartFTP as soon as I drag & drop my files onto the remote browser window, but instead, I have to wait for this "Preparing" window to disappear first.
I just don't want to wait.
