Can't download from HDD-Receiver

Hello,

I'm having an Satellit-Receiver with an internal HDD which has an Network connection und an build in FTP-Server, an Humax iCord HD: http://www.humax-digital.de/products/iCordHD.asp

Bevor I purchased SmartFTP I've used F.... for FTP-Transfers. F... didn't have a problem with the iCord. But with SmartFTP I can't download a file (no film, no music, no picture). What can I do?
I've added the protocoll when trying to download a movie file.

Install the latest version of SmartFTP. Then post the complete log without editing it.

Danke. Der server hat ein bug mit dem STAT command. Ist nicht RFC compliant. Richtig muesste es so aussehen:
[12:59:23] STAT sitemap.php

Der server vergisst aber das - auf der erste linie:

Der bug muesste humax reported werden. Ich habe an tech support von humax eine email geschickt, aber aus meiner Erfahrung wird diese leider kaum bei der richtigen Person ankommen.

Okay, Danke für die Rückantwort.

Eine Mail an den Hmuax Support bingt nix, die ham ganz andere Probleme und kreigen nichtmal die auf die Reihe.

Ich habe gesehen Humax hat inzwischen einige neue Firmwares released. Z.b. v1.00.18:
