Having trouble updating files

Had the same problem last week, but somehow it went away. Tried to update some files this morning and it is not working. Here is the log I am getting. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Update: I switched into active mode and it is still not working.

Update: Downloaded the latest version and still not working.

Well, nevermind. I just spoke with the server guy and he informed me that there was a prob with the server and we got switched to a new one. Prob solved.
