425 Can't open data connection.

I was able to use SmartFTP to get to a site a couple of days ago, but now I can't. I do not know what may have changed at the server side, but the only change I know of at my side is that Microsoft pushed a few patches recently. This only affects one location - there is another server I can connect to just fine.

Please try the latest version:

Then add SmartFTP to the exceptions in your software firwall and antivirus product.

I tried the new version, and there is no change that I can see. SmartFTP seems to be correctly entered in the firewall settings. I am pretty sure the problem is not with SmartFTP, but is at the server end. I'm hoping that someone much more knowledgable than I in FTP traffic would have some idea about the source problem or could recommend a few things to check.
