smartFTP v3.0.1024 not up- / downloading

Hi,

My colleagues (we bougth 3 licences) smartFTP has stopped treansferring in any direction.

The only thing that happens is that once the transfer queue is initiated the windows flicker once.

Can you help? Is there a log we can keep and send you?
