help uploading

i have been having a unreal time trying to upload my files. i am sending game files which are big. everytime i send them ( which takes a very long time) they want to resend the same file again. i need desperate help. why is this doing this and what can i do to stop this.

it is very important to get my games to be uploaded so people can hear the games as quickly as possible.
