File Gets sent to the transfer queue and sits

I just renewed license and now am not able to down load a file. The file gets put in the transfer queue but sits. No error is issued. All worked prior to the license renewal request.

This can be ignored. I stubbled across how to start the transfer queue. I don't know how it got stopped.
