Iam a Smart-FTP User more than 3 Years. I uploaded to the new Version and since this upload, i have very often a White Window and Smart Ftp do nothing. I get this by Upload. Most time the program upload 4 - 10 files and after this i get the white Window. If i want to close, it tell me, if i want to send this error message.
Yesterday i make a new installation and have the same problem. Hope somebody can help me.

Sound slike I have the same issue. Sometime when I open SMFTP it loads the old connection fine and I am one my way. Sometime I dont want to use my old connection so I close it out and then try and new one and it freezes up. Sometime it happens sometimes it doesnt hard to detect.

I will try, but all it will show you is SMFTP hanging, not responding and fading to white.

Please try this:
1. Install the latest version (very important) from here: https://www.smartftp.com/download
2. Please read and follow this : https://www.smartftp.com/support/kb/how- ... f2594.html
Instead of using the command described there use this command when the application hangs:
cscript "%ProgramFiles%\Debugging Tools for Windows (x86)\adplus.vbs" -hang -pn SmartFTP.exe -o C:\Dump
