Hi - Need Help now:
Downloaded and installed paid-for version of Smart-FTP program - Seemed OK. However, upon connection to our FTP website, these effort fail. I both wrote and called my server to resolve this issue, confirmed my user login name, password and host name as correct. The server used info and connected just fine. I was able to connect through Explorer for confirmation of login and passwords and connections.
The server declares the problem is with the Smart FTP software. Hmmm. Other info: new computer; 64 bit (not 32), Vista OS, cable high speed connection, etc.
Below is the error that I see upon FTP connection with our website:

[21:49:07] SSL/TLS client handshake failed (Error = 0x80090308).
[21:49:07] The token supplied to the function is invalid
[21:49:07] Client closed the connection.

'Really need to resolve this very soon - site maintenance required.
