can you use sftp on a different network interface?

I'm connected to 2 networks at home. One is wireless, one is ethernet. Both different internet connections, so two internet connections. How can i tell sftp to only use one interface??

You have to configure the routing table on your system and increase the cost of the gateway which you don't want to use. Look at the route command.
