uploading issues

I cannot upload any files - I keep getting this message:

sfFTPShellExtension
failed to create Prepare File Operation Dialog

This happens with all methods of uploading

This also happens when I try to delete any files already on the website.

Try to create a new user account on your system and run SmartFTP under this new account.
