Temporary Queue is null

I'm uncertain what could have caused this - but suddenly I am unable to drag any items into the Temporary Queue. When I try to, Nothing happens.

Any idea on where I should start to troubleshoot this?

Try the latest version:
https://www.smartftp.com/download

Latest version brings same results.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling - no change. The temporary queue just plain does not work.

Please provide the system information from the menu: Help->About "System Information"

And then create a movie showing the problem.

Mat

Alright. Thanks.

How should I get the movie to you when it is done?

You can find some screen capture applications at:
https://www.smartftp.com/forums/ReadMe-t12769.html

You can upload it the movie to your website and send us a link. Or you can alternatively upload it to a free hoster as www.rapdishare.com and then send us the link.

any idea what could cause this?

We believe it might be caused when upgrading from a relatively old version of SmartFTP.
