I cant upload my JPEG. The error kept saying "No such file or directory". Please help. Thanks

Install the latest version of SmartFTP from here: https://www.smartftp.com/download

Then please take a look at the transfer queue for the transfer status. Do you see the file stuck there? If yes double click it and the log window opens. Then post the log here.

Yes, it is stuck in the transfer queue. Status is Retry at....
