Trying to ditch 3.0

I have been having problems with my upload speed - Happened just in the last 4-5 dqays. So after reading other posts I have uninstalled and tried reinstalling - Only problem is that the latest version is still 3.0. How do I find 2.5? It takes about 15-20 minuttes to upload 1 MB - I have to upload a lot of stuff throughout the day and I simply don't have that time. What should i do?

As other users maybe you have mistakenly set the KBps/Worker value in the Transfer Queue set to another value than 0?

Please post a screenshot showing the transfer queue:
