Just purchased 3 year smartFTP and cannot upload

Hello, I just purchase the SmartFTP and I am having problems uploading files. I did not have a problem when I had the trial version.

I am simply dragging files from my desktop to the FTP and nothing happens. The file appears on the queue but nothing happens, it just stays there.

I also tried uploading using the blue arrow and nothing. Please help. Thank you.
