v3.0 Build 1022.40 Transfer Queue dead

Nothing is processed in the transfer queue since this build.

I want to go back to previous build but I can't find a link for it.

When trying to Stop and then Start the Queue again both buttons are greyed out and nothing happens.

Logs on transfer queue items are empty.
