Argghhh, Please help

My laptop has cracked its screen so have installed the programme to my desktop, have paid premium etc, thing is Im tring to cinfigure it the same as laptop as that ran brilliantly, I had files to upload on right of screen and destination on left, I highlighted files to upload and it worked through themm Now on the desktop it drops everything down into the transfer que and even then seems to go asleep.

Is your transfer queue started? If not start it. If it is started are the files stuck in the transfer queue? If yes double click the first file to get the log. Then post the log.
