.ftpquota?

So It was in my files location, so I opened up thinking it had something to tell me.
All It did was give me numbers, 133 581743 whats taht supposed to mean?

This file is created by the ftp server (proftpd for example) and should not/cannot be changed by the user. It is usually used to control the quota of your account. The quota is the limit of data (files/folders) you can store on the server.

So then What are the numbers supposed to mean?
Or should I ask my host?
