Can I bypass the transfer que

I am trying to upload a large website and the server closes the connection. This transfer que thing is very frustrating. The way this use to work was just fine and you could see the files transfering as the uploaded , now everything is very complicated and frustrating to use. the server closes connection and I cant figure out where the transfer is in its progress. Can I by pass the transfer que?

No you cannot. The transfer queue actually makes things easier. It automatically reconnects when there is an error and you don't have to babysit your transfers anymore. The transfer progress is displayed in the transfer queue.
