Remote Browser displays empty folder

Hi, I have a problem! After from nothing, I lost all the remote access. I am trying to reconnect with all my remote browser, it looks like that I get connected but
Remote Browser displays empty folder,

Local Browser displays no content in the listing. It appear only a folder called ftp.quota



is not displying any Public-ftp or Public-html at all.



Can u help please.
