upload file transfer problem

im new in this forum and recently buy a smartftp, i have a problem uploading a file, the file size is 180 mb, when the file uploading is close to 5 mb the transfers restart again and never ending,

Please, i need some help to solve this.

Dear Mike ..

Please install the latest version:
https://www.smartftp.com/download

When the transfer retries double click the file in the trasnfer queue to get the log. Then post the log here.
