Can't Connect to Remote Browser

I can't figure out how to connect to my remote browser. I must have known how to do this at one time, since I've been a SmartFTP customer for a while, but I've just upgraded to 3.0.1016.7, and whatever my old settings were, I don't remember them. I've tried putting in my domain name, my IP address -- no luck. I'm not even sure what to put in for my username and password, and I don't know how to go about finding out any of this. I'm completely stuck, and I can't update my webpage at a time when it's important for my business.

You can find your old information in the menu: Favorites usually.

Also you can post the log from your Remote Browser here and we will probably see what's wrong.
