Windows error message when attempting queue download

Hello

I am experiencing trouble when trying to download as queue. The following message occurs:

SmartFTP has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created

On your help-page I found the following but I must admit that I do not quite know how to solve it anyway:

Hello ...

I believe I have fixed the bug in .41. You can download and install it from:
https://www.smartftp.com/download

You may need to uninstall your current version first if the setup above doesn't update your version to .41
