excuse my ignorance but im not very technically savvy and so as a result i have no idea what the difference is between 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the smartftp software, and so i don’t know which to download to use on my computer.
i have just bought it online and i don’t know which version to download. my computer has just been upgraded by a dude and im not 100% sure of which version of windows im running (the guy bought and installed the software for me). i believe its windows xp.
can anyone help a major ignoramus like me?
