Smart FTP not showing directory. Cpanel does.

Just installed 2.5 ver 1006. Went to my site to upload some new wordpress themes but cannot see the blog sub-directory.

Unchecked "Resolve Links" in Favorites>Manage Favorites>Edit>Tools>Edit Default Favorite. n
Even tried resetting permission on the server to 777 from 755. No luck.

Try to disable the [x] Use MLSD option in the favorite settings: FTP -> Transfer dialog. To access the favorite settings go to menu: Favorites->Edit Favorites. Locate your favorite item (see Quick Connect). Right-click on it and select Properties.

Thanks for the reply, Matt. Unfortunately, disabling he MLSD did not help.
Any other suggestions?

Right-click on the folder then click on Show Raw Directory Listing. This is what the server returns. If it's empty the server doesn't return anything and therefore nothing can be displayed.

Nothing is showing on the raw logs. I'll check with my host. I appreciate your effort.

I dont want to take position against your web hosting provider but I can assure you that the problem is not with the FTP client. The problem might be with anything between the server and the client (your software firewall, the FTP server, the FTP server software, NAT router, etc).

A tip of my big Texas hat to you, mb. You gave me the clue that lead to the solution.
Looks like I caused the fracus with an incorrect log on. I used the UN and PW for the WPM on my reseller account rather than the log on for the ECGUIDE site. I'm still wet behind the ears about this sort of stuff so I really appreciate the time you've put in to help out.

You're help is really appreciated.
