Entry Point Not Found

After adding the licence key for SmartFTP 2.5, I get a Windows error immediately after starting SmartFTP:

"The procedure entry point_except_handler4_common could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll."

Please advise.

What operating system do you have? You may want to reinstall the application from:
https://www.smartftp.com/download

Please make sure that your system is free of viruses.
