Upload problems

Hi
I've just downloaded and installed the software and watched video tutorials. I have uploaded a small number of folders to the FTP site without any problems however when I come to upload the entire site we get the message saying preload then retry at < time here> and it goes through all the files saying the same thing. Nothing appears to be uploaded. I don't know why it will upload with a few folders but not with the entire site?

I have version v2.5.1005 I have installed the 32bit version

When I saw that the files were all listed as "Retry" I cancelled the upload.

Hi thanks I can see the list but it does not make much sense to me. It says Apend/ Restart not permitted try again.

What about the second part of the question - and what needs to be done in order to upload my site?

Please post the log here.

I think the administrator of the FTP server did not enable the resume feature. But the log will tell more.

The problem is with the FTP server:
1. Support for resume (for uploads) is not enabled.

You have the following solutions:

2. Client Side
Go to the File Exist rules in the Favorite's settings (Transfer->File Exist) and configure them to overwrite the file everytime for uploads.
(not recommended)
