Hello ..

Regarding the firewall problem. Add SmartFTP to the exception list of your firewall or antivirus software. For more information please take a look at the following kb article:

If it shouldn't help please post the complete log of your FTP session.

I've changed the firewall to 'Permit All'; but still keep getting this

Have just realised, old, unlicensed version of Smart is now working - but the new downloaded isn't.

Please post the log and the system information from the Help->About "System Information" dialog.

Hello ..

1. Install the latest version

2. Use the correct host name
"mesh925" doesn't seem to be correct unless you are trying to connect to an internal server.
