Unable to connect

I'd had the free version of smart ftp for a long time. Today I went to use it and I am not able to connect with any of the sites I've got in my list of servers except one. The one I am able to connect to was one I recently added.

But the one that is working is not the one that I need. I purchased smartftp today, thinking I need to do that now. So I entered the license key and restarted. Still not working. Or do I need to completely reboot my computer?

I need to get some updated files uploaded asap. Please help!
